All visitors are bound by our terms: In this agreement 'Us' or 'We' refers to the 'Discovery Bay Mini Rugby Club' (herein also referred to as the 'Club') and its Committee Members, agents, coaches and employees (whether individually or jointly).
The visitor, whether an individual, partnership, firm, company or other corporate body is referred to as 'you'.
In using this website you agree to all the following terms, which may be amended from time to time by us.

Responsibility of Parent / Guardian: Each and every child playing Mini Rugby or taking part in any other of the Club's activities must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian. That Parent or Guardian MUST BE PRESENT AT ALL TIMES; and shall be responsible for the health, welfare, safety and good behaviour of any child(ren) attending any Club or inter-club activities, whether or not they are registered players.
Liability Declaration: If you wish your child(ren) to join the Club and to take part in the Club's practice sessions and inter-club activities you understand and accept that the Club, its Committee Members, agents, coaches and employees shall neither individually nor jointly be held liable for any loss of property, injury or damage of any kind whatsoever suffered by your child(ren), and how so ever caused, whether during training and / or games at the Club's grounds or elsewhere during any peripheral or associated Club or inter-club activity.
Player Registration: Registration is not completed until approved by the DB Pirates Committee AND full payment has been received.
