Our Ladies League welcomes women aged 18 and older, with select players aged 14+ invited to join, offering a vibrant netball program for all skill levels.

Part of the Hong Kong Netball Association (HKNA), we field teams across divisions 1 (competitive) to 7 (social), catering to everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes.

Training runs from August to April on Saturday mornings (9-11am) at Discovery College’s foreshore Astroturf court, focusing on fitness, skills, and confidence-building in a sociable environment.

Games are played across Hong Kong Island, with venues listed in the HKNA draw. and we also take part in an exciting overseas tour.
