7 to 9 years old
Our Nettas program offers a fun and engaging introduction to the sport for girls of any skill level, experience or sporting background.
11 to 17 years old
Our Junior program aims to develop our girls teams of all skill levels to their fullest allowing players to develop at their own pace.
18+ years old
We field several teams in the Hong Kong Netball Associations Ladies League, ranging from competitive to social so are open to players of any skill level, experience or sporting background.
