Fabulous fitness and friendly faces.
Sport is important at EVERY age
Playing team sport as an adult has so many advantages including keeping fit, stress management, self confidence, and the amazing friends you make.
We field several teams in the HKNA (Hong Kong Netball Association) Ladies League, ranging from competitive to very social and a few levels in between.
We welcome players of all levels of experience and ability, from complete newbies to competitive athletes. All players have the chance to improve their fitness and skills with coaching and training but in a very sociable environment.
Between games and training, there are lots of opportunities for a drink and social catch up, including an overseas tour, which always proves exciting and memorable!Training And

NOTE: During COVID restrictions training has been moved to Saturdays until further notice - see training schedule panel on this page.

Training is only for registered players at the moment due to restrictions but once training returns to normal, we will be able to offer trial sessions for newcomers again.
Each Ladies League team needs to pay $300 every week for an umpire of the game, the cost of which is shared by the team and paid at the start of the half season (9-10 games) to the captain of each team. This usually works out to be around $200-$300 per player each half season.
Umpiring is key to the successful running of the leagues and our club. For the Senior ladies league, each team is encouraged to have umpires. Umpires will generally umpire games at the same venue before or after their own league matches. We encourage as many players as possible to become qualified umpires. It is an excellent skill to learn and it can really benefit your own game through learning the rules in more depth. We will be potentially ensuring each team has 2 qualified umpires this season so the responsibility does not always fall on one person every week.
Additionally all Division 1 and 2 teams are expected to have their qualified umpires attempt level badges.
If you are keen to become an Umpire, or have any questions, please contact our Umpire Convenor Jenny Buck at email@example.com.
Games are played all over Hong Kong Island.
The venue of each game can be found in the league draw. The following venues are used by HKNA:
