It’s not long now until the biggest party in town… the Hong Kong Sevens which is being held on 17-19 April 2026.

For those who purchased their tickets through the Club, below is some important information and steps to follow to receive and manage your tickets digitally via the HKCR Ticketing app.

All tickets for the event are fully digital and must be accessed through this app, no physical tickets or screenshots are accepted.

 

If you already have the HKCR Ticketing app

You should be able to see your tickets in under the Tickets tab on the home screen. These would have been sent to the mobile number you provided during purchase.

 

If you do not have the HKCR Ticketing app

You will need to download the FREE HKCR Ticketing app from the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android). Click the link below from your phone or search for “HKCR Ticketing” in your app store.

  • Download the app: https://get.tixserve.com/app/download/H5K/
Open the app and start the registration process.
  • Enter your full name (no initials).
  • Enter your full mobile phone number (the same one used for purchase).
  • You’ll receive a four-digit security code via SMS, enter it to validate your account.
  • Complete any additional prompts to set up your profile.
Access and Redeem Your Tickets:

Once registered, your tickets should automatically appear in the app (they may take up to 7 days to load after purchase confirmation).

  • Swipe through the app to view all tickets if you have multiple (e.g., for family or groups).
  • On the morning of the event day, a scannable QR code will activate on each digital ticket.
Transferring Tickets
  • In the app, select the ticket and click the “Transfer” or “Invite Contact” button.
  • Enter their phone number.
  • They’ll receive an SMS to download the app and accept the transfer (transfers are app-to-app only).
Prepare for Entry:
  • Ensure your phone is charged and the screen brightness is high for scanning.
  • At the stadium (Kai Tak Sports Park), present the live digital ticket in the app, staff will scan the QR code.
  • For multiple tickets, swipe left to access each one and scan them individually.
  • Entry gates: General Admission via Gate F; South Stand via Gate B. Arrive early as seating is first-come, first-served.
  • If your phone dies or you encounter issues, visit the Kai Tak Stadium Box Office for assistance (bring ID and purchase proof).
